Dee and Stace
Meet Dee and Stace.
They both see Coach Josh every fortnight for a training session to keep up the momentum with their own training, in which they're consistently hitting the gym 3 days per week minimum.
Dee, being a dedicated mother and wife, has been making great progress with her nutrition, as she is always prioritizing her family first (nice one Dee!).
She was surprised that she could still manage her weight by adding more food to her diet, instead of taking food away.
Stacey is making constant improvements with her coordination and strength after a big vehicle accident in the past.
A healthy blend of strength work and annoying exercises from Josh has seen her making progress and having fun on the way.
Coaching doesn't always need to be a weekly arrangement. Like in this example, bi-weekly sessions are great for accountability and momentum, and getting updated programs for those are motivated enough to train on their own, but still benefit from a bit of support from time to time!
