Through our Personal Coaching sessions, we aim to help you achieve your fitness goals, increase your confidence, boost your energy levels and improve your general happiness. Sounds pretty good, right?

DISCOVERY Consult

We begin with a casual 15-minute chat (either in the gym or on the phone) to help us determine if our coaching sessions are right for you, and if so, which of our coaches would be best suited to you and your goals. We want you to get the most out of your SMA experience, and this consultation helps us do that.

INTRODUCTORY SESSION

In your first session your coach will talk through your goals, exercise history, injuries and lifestyle with you to get a clear picture of where you are on your wellness journey, and where you would like to be.
The coach will then assess your posture and movement patterns and take you through the basics of correct form and technique and set you up with a personalised program that is suited to you. Your coach will set you up on the SMA App and get you comfortable in the gym to get started.

session two

In session two your coach will have completed and set up your training program based on your needs and wants discussed in the Introductory Session. They will take you through your training program in detail. We pride ourselves on educating you on form and technique, stag accountable. From now on, we’ll be taking action on the program, instilling habits in your lifestyle and starting to achieve goals!

Future Sessions

All future sessions will be yourself and your coach executing your program.

Your journey will be training sessions in the gym, and also check-in sessions (usually monthly) to check your progress and adjust your plan so you can keep improving!
