Our Group Fitness Classes are a fantastic environment to keep you motivated, by training with a bunch of like-minded people under the guidance of a coach. All you have to do is book in and turn up!

We also welcome one off or casual Group Fitness Class bookings. Casual class bookings are $20 per class. Book using the button below!

Yoga

Body Weight Blast

Welcome to Body Blast! Get ready for an exhilarating workout that will supercharge your whole-body strength using nothing but your own body weight! With mostly movements taking place on the ground, including wrist exercises and lying on your back. Discover your body's potential!

Group fitness is a great motivation to work towards your goals. You show up, chat to the other class attendees, move your body to the music! While we love seeing you work hard, our favourite part is seeing our clients smiling and enjoying themselves. Just don’t look too happy or we’ll make you work harder. Kidding! Kind of.
