Join us for free to learn and experience strength and mobility exercises for healthy hips, followed by brunch at the local cafe New Ritual!

Coach Navar and Josh will be running a free workshop on strength and mobility exercises for healthy hips.

This is a 90-minute workshop running from 830am till 10 am.

We will be covering:

  • Posture Alignment: Discussing the spine and joints, teaching you how to create alignment in posture for greater movement and less discomfort within your body.

  • Breath: Explaining the breath, how breath impacts your mind and body, and how you can take control of your breath for better health and performance.

  • Hip Movement: We will teach and explore movements that create strength and mobility within your hips.

After the workshop we have booked out New Ritual in Midland from 1030am till 12pm so we can all come together and enjoy a nice feed with good chats.

You can either join us for the workshop and brunch, or either activity separately.
