Daily CARs

This is Josh’s current daily CARs routine. This is most effectively performed as part of a daily morning routine or as a regular pre-workout warm-up routine.

CARs stands for Capsular Articulated Rotations which helps isolate a single joint to work on its control and range. This is built of the Functional Range Conditioning Protocol by Dr. Andreo Spinea.

 

 

Upper & Lower Foam Rolling Routines

These are two common foam rolling routines. Best to be done as a warm-up before a workout to prepare the body for resistance training. These can also be done after you workouts, or the day after a workout when you are feeling sore.
