In October I did my first ever triathlon, the Ironman 70.3.
1.8km swim, 90.1km bike ride, 21.1km run.
October 2020 I battled a hamstring tear, a hamstring cramp and two calf cramps as I hobbled across the finish line just shy of 6 hours.
May, I sprinted across the finish line with no cramps, no injuries, no hesitation to hold back.
To my 200+ regular followers who watched my stories every day for the last 6 months in my stories (yes I see you and know who you are, this post is for you all, I did for my friends and family, and most of all, I did it for myself.
