Seminars and Events
Here at SMA we believe in building a community equipped to better itself, in order to do this we offer Educational seminars on all topics related to well-being. These topics range from functional gym related content such as exercise form through to nutrition, goal setting, mental health and hormones. Each month we offer a different topic to help members and the wider community.
We also believe that culture is key! Too many gyms are spaces where most people are lucky if they know another persons name. Here at SMA we want each of you to feel at home and part of a family. To that end we provide monthly social events in the form of workouts or group classes followed by brunch on weekends or burgers on weeknights.
